7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 days from when you receive your handcrafted dot mandala art to return it if you’re not completely satisfied.

What You Can Return

Any artwork that arrives damaged during shipping
Items that don’t match what was shown online
Pieces you’re not happy with for any reason

What You Can’t Return

Custom commissioned pieces (unless we made an error)
Artwork damaged after delivery

How to Return

Email us at info@dotmandala.art within 7 days
Include your order number and reason for return
We’ll send you return instructions
Pack the artwork carefully and ship it back
You pay return shipping costs

Refunds

Full refund once we receive the artwork in original condition
Refunds processed within 5 business days
Money back to your original payment method
Original shipping costs are not refunded

Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged:

Email us immediately with photos
We’ll arrange return shipping at our cost
Full refund or replacement – your choice
